I’m getting no help with warranty service

My lift chair has a broken frame. I purchased it from a dealer who no longer has a repair person full time. Ive waited 3 weeks and have contacted them Twice and still have yet to hear from them Im not happy with the dealer and will never recommend pride again as the warranty is useless if there is no service provided in using it!

Preferred solution: Partial refund at least! These are expensive for seniors to replace and it’s broken twice in 5 years!

Discrimination, racial hate, not standing behind there product

I have Quantum HDQ6 Edge brand and still under warranty, and these people rip offs, murders, and do not stand behind their product. I received my motorized chair from the racist rip off dealers American Mobility in Humble, Texas for my European trip.

Since day one this chair has nothing given me trouble, and since I have been on Europen trip they have not fixed my chair yet, and they told stay one place which, I have. These idiots have left essentially, high and dry, making to live a country a that I am illegal, black mailed, verbally assaulted me, cussed and chewed me plastic excuses told I could not read, and trying to continuously for force to with broken Wheelchair, and just before I left, for this trip I cried for a loner chair to no a avail, especially when I am Disabled American Navy Veteran. Not only that this chair, has left stranded numerous times in streets and gotten almost killed. These people are nothing low scums bags.

Currently my cha ir is being held up with rubber bands, they still want travel with it currently I am in a country, very little handicapped service, and the bigget blow when the train, got washed out by mother nature, and these idiots blame this on me everything when alot of it is beyond my control. These idiots have not respect, no compassion, understanding or care but themselves, literally nothing filthy lazy scums bags on planet, and do not even contact me. *** for do not care for customers, or do business trip get resolved nor send the right stuff for emotionally and they themselves cannot read nor write, or run a business for wheelchair disabilites, and idiots ate suppose to be a international company, and I wishing some one can buy them out. Ripped offs.

This being said, I would like replacement chair, with stair climber, with and tilt, folding forward for air plane readiness, with heavy dutiness, in the color purple, by Christmas. Thank you, or a business trip over here get this one fixed.

My scooter has been in the shop for almost all the time I've owned it

I saw a scooter with a bad motor. I was told it was repaired only to find out it was still broken. I have been a total of maybe a month and the scooter Ive had almost 2 years still in the shop. I was hoping they would offer me your scooter or upgrade, but I wasnt I was given the past book and now its still in the shop. Pissed pissed

My Baja 2 wrangler

I called and the rep could not even help me. She told me to contact the VA, yet dismissed me and my questions. My Baja 2, went from 9.5 that is the highest even on tubo, then it took me 20 minutes to get home on my Baja 2, on the other scooter it went very fast and this keeps pulling back on 2.5, and moves so so slow. Why??

I own a Rascal scooter made by Mega Motion. That company is now called, Pride, and the model is now called, Go Go. The user manual does not list weight capacity specifications. However, when I saw the item on Amazon, the company claims the seating capacity is 275 lbs. This is bull sh..... Im barely 170 lbs., and only after an hour of intermittent use, the scooter starts to lag. It even stops completely. I have to charge it every couple of hours just to make it go a few yards.

Pride Mobility Cporporation Scooter Dissatisfaction

I will be purchasing a new scooter for the 4th time in 5 years. I consider myself a "light" user in that I only use it 2-3 times per week for 2 hours per use. I use it for shoppping, museum, or library usage. I don't think that this is a stress for a scooter. At over $1500.00 each time this is a hardship on my disability income. Do not buy a Sonic Pride scooter if you expect it to last beyond 3 years. This is "normal wear and tear duration" according to the company's customer service agent, Stephanie.

My brother just bought a Pride Victory 10 scooter six months ago. Two screws holding the throttle fell out .

Obviously they weren’t torque properly. Dealer charged him 130 dollars to put two screws back in! No support from the manufacturer.

Hundreds of dollars for shoddy workmanship. Will look at other alternatives and another dealer as well
